All official communications, legal documents, authorizations, agreements, letters, notices, or statements issued on behalf of Helping Hands Inc. Humanitarian All Nations Diplomatic Mission (HHIDM) or Helping Hands Inc. (HHI) are valid only when transmitted directly from the official email domains of the respective entities.
Any document or correspondence signed by the Honorable Minister of Peace, Honorable Kaushalya Siriwardana, Head of the Governing Body of Helping Hands Inc. Humanitarian All Nations Diplomatic Mission (HHIDM), or by any duly authorized ambassador, officer, or representative, shall be considered official only if it originates from the official organizational email system of HHIDM or Helping Hands Inc.
Communications transmitted through private email accounts, third-party email services, messaging platforms, or any other unofficial communication channels shall not be considered valid, authorized, or legally binding communications of Helping Hands Inc. or Helping Hands Inc. Humanitarian All Nations Diplomatic Mission.
The use of Helping Hands Inc. or HHIDM letterheads, logos, seals, signatures, titles, or identifying marks without authorization does not constitute an official document unless the communication originates directly from the official organizational email domain.
Any document or communication that does not originate from the official email system of HHIDM or Helping Hands Inc. should be treated as unauthorized and invalid.
Helping Hands Inc. and Helping Hands Inc. Humanitarian All Nations Diplomatic Mission accept no responsibility or liability for documents, communications, proposals, financial arrangements, or representations issued outside of the official communication channels of the organizations.
All institutions, governments, organizations, financial entities, and individuals are advised to verify the authenticity of any communication by confirming that it has been transmitted directly from the official email domain of the organization before relying upon such communication or taking any action based upon it.
This notice is issued in order to protect the integrity, security, and transparency of the humanitarian and diplomatic work carried out by Helping Hands Inc. and Helping Hands Inc. Humanitarian All Nations Diplomatic Mission worldwide.
